7 night minimum stay--High Season
  5 night minimum stay--Low Season
  Low Season: May 1—Dec 14------$225 daily rate plus $208 cleaning fee
  High Season: Dec 15—April 30------$250 daily rate plus $208 cleaning fee
  Hawaii Tax: 17.42%
  50% deposit must be received 7 days from reservation
  Balance due 30 days prior to arrival
  Cancellation policy: 100% refund if canceled 60 days prior to arrival. 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days prior to arrival. Less than 30 days prior to arrival refund will be based on if the unit is re-rented.
  Check in after 3:00 p.m. Check out before 11:00 a.m.
  We accept Visa, personal checks and money orders.
  The condo will be cleaned before your arrival and a fresh supply of linens and paper products will be furnished.
  We will email you a receipt when we receive the deposit to confirm your reservation.
  After we receive the final payment we will send a welcome letter which includes the lock box number to the condo.
